• Browser and device information — collected automatically, including browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and referring URL. Used for analytics and to improve site performance and usability.

Purpose of Data Collection

All data we collect is used for event management purposes: listing events in our directory, enabling organizers to manage their listings, authenticating administrative access, and maintaining the security and integrity of our platform.

Data Retention

Event data is retained as long as the event is active or relevant to our directory. Organizer email addresses are retained for as long as they are associated with active event listings. Session tokens expire automatically and are removed periodically. Hosting logs containing IP addresses are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention policies.
