• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any person or organization, including falsely claiming to be an event organizer, venue owner, or representative of another entity.
• Malware & Harmful Code: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any viruses, malware, trojans, worms, or other harmful code or files through the Site.
• Scraping & Automated Access: Using bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access, collect, or extract data from the Site without our express written permission. This includes scraping event listings, user data, or any other content.
• Interference with Service: Attempting to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, its servers, or its infrastructure, including through denial-of-service attacks or similar methods.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Submitting content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Enforcement & Right to Remove Bad Actors

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this policy. Actions may include, but are not limited to: removing or disabling access to content that violates this policy, suspending or terminating access to the Site, reporting violations to law enforcement authorities, and pursuing any available legal remedies. We may remove any user, event listing, or submitted content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
